Carrot Cake Shake

Ingredients
  

  • 2 scoops IsaLean® Shake in Creamy French Vanilla
  • ½ cup carrots
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
  • 8 oz water
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • Peel and roughly chop carrots, then steam them until soft.
  • While steamed carrots are cooling, combine cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom together and mix thoroughly.
  • Add all the ingredients into your IsaBlender®
  • Fill the container with ice
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
