To Cancel Isagenix Autoship

You can cancel your Isagenix autoship at anytime by calling the Corporate office at 1-877-877-8111 and have your associate ID number handy. We can restart your auto-ship anytime by adding a new credit card when you place an order.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if it has not yet processed for shipping. You can check the status by viewing your “Order History” in your Back Office. Orders still in the “Order Processed” stage are eligible for cancellation. Please note that once we cancel your order, you may see a pending charge on your account for up to 14 business days, depending on your bank.
